

Lillian's obsession with buyer behaviour, in a sales and marketing context, began in her native New York where she implemented sales and marketing strategies for Fortune 100 companies including Polaroid, Chemical Bank, McDonalds and AT&T. This was followed by 5 years in the IT trenches at companies including CODA Group, a leading Financials Application vendor.
Since founding The Fusebox in 1997, Lillian has formed hundreds of buyer groups and worked with leading technology companies who have all benefited from her drive, determination and creativity in delivering BuyernomicsTM.

In a career spanning 20 years Charles has practised law on both sides of the Atlantic and co-founded and sold HEI, a leading provider of Desktop Publishing solutions in the UK. The result is a unique combination of sales experience, marketing know-how and commercial pragmatism gained from his front line experiences. This translates into creating deliverables that are firstly realistic and always achievable.
Charles has been instrumental in developing Fusion One, The Fusebox's unique and highly acclaimed prospecting service delivered exclusively to technology companies to help them create a consistent flow of qualified prospects. In his current position at The Fusebox he heads up our growing team of prospecting professionals and provides strategic input into clients looking to integrate Fusion One into their CRM platforms.
